The Children and Family Law (CAFL) Division of CPCS is currently recruiting dedicated attorneys to represent children and indigent parents in care and protection and child requiring assistance matters, with a specific need in Berkshire, Franklin, Hampshire, Hampden, and Barnstable Counties. CAFL panel work offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families while developing specialized litigation skills, receiving exceptional training and mentorship, earning competitive hourly compensation, and building a rewarding practice. The agency actively seeks to diversify its private attorney panel membership.
