Position Overview:
Our clients need a skilled family law litigator with empathy and expertise in matters such as divorce, custody, and support. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement, with the option (but not the requirement) to be based near our Richland, WA office. Located in the vibrant Tri-Cities region—one of Washington State’s fastest-growing areas-- Richland is a family-oriented community with a highly educated population, influenced by the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and the federal Hanford Project. Requirements
Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA).
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in family law. Candidates with less than two years’ experience will be considered.
Demonstrated ability to bill and collect 1500+ hours annually.
Strong client advocacy and interpersonal skills.
Spanish language proficiency is a plus (but not a requirement).
