Description

Position Summary: 

Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, P.C. seeks an associate with at least three (3) years of complex commercial litigation experience, preferably in employment law, business litigation (partnership disputes, fiduciary claims, commercial breach of contract disputes), or construction law / litigation.

Candidates must have experience with drafting pleadings, arguing motions in court, responding to and propounding discovery including ESI, and taking and defending depositions is desired.

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission practice in Massachusetts
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
